joined TSI with excitement when they offered me a ‘Hybrid Position’ in Georgia. The job entailed working on-site for five weeks and then transitioning to remote work. However, the promised transition never happened, and I found myself continuously working on-site without any explanation from management. When I raised concerns about the delay, I was accused of being aggressive annd then lied on by a supervisor that I got aggressively in her face amongst supervisors lying on me about me avoiding calls and then wrongfully terminated without any investigation or opportunity to explain my side. Brutally incompetent in any telecommunications, they are virtually incapable of understanding that they need to call someone else to have their arrangement settled. Then, when the arrangement is *already* settled, they beg and whine and refuse to communicate with the business that redirected me to them. This is a genuinely embarrassing organization, and I fail to understand how business can expect them to function effectively.

If I were a betting woman I'd put money down on both people I spoke to as being on heavy drugs... they were both difficult to understand with slurred words... I almost hung up, thinking I might be being scammed, but googled quickly while on the line to find out this is actually a legit company... please do better...
