Excellent workplace culture. Handled COVID-19 issues really well while still helping customers. Perfect mix of remote/in-office work and the product is loved by customers, which always makes it fun to work at Top of Mind.

Great system. Bad customer service... They act like your stupid when you call them. Management is the same way when you complain. Rather than fix a problem and make a client happy they would rather argue with you and not make you happy.,

I absolutely love this company! I've been working with them for a couple years now and there are such wonderful hardworking people that do their best to help answer questions and provide quality material to market to prospects and clients. Our Account Manager Laura is always quick to email me back whenever I need assistance. Just a great team and would definitely recommend them.
