Another customer was grateful for the quick response in unlocking their home, although they mentioned the cost was higher than expected. A different customer hired Top Locksmith to replace a deadbolt with a smart lock and install a new deadbolt/smart lock on their side door. They praised the quick response and consistent follow-up, despite delaying the installation. Although the pricing seemed a little high, they were satisfied with the service and plan to use Top Locksmith again.
Great experience from start to finish. The locksmith was responsive, professional, and showed up ready to handle the issue. He was able to replace the lock during the same visit and clearly knew exactly what needed to be done. Communication was solid, the quality of work was excellent, and the pricing was very reasonable. Definitely recommend.
Great service in a pinch. My grand-daughters were locked out of the house at night on a holiday weekend and they responded in less than 30 min. The tech, Corey, had the door unlocked in less than 5 min. Thank you for giving me peace of mind knowing they were safe back in their home.
My Monday started absolutely horrible. I am so thankful to the man that responded and unlocked my home in 15minutes. Everybody was on time in school and work. Great guy, knowledgeable and prompt. Call them if you are in need. I definitely recommend, 5 stars.
