A different customer hired Top Locksmith to replace a deadbolt with a smart lock and install a new deadbolt/smart lock on their side door. They praised the quick response and consistent follow-up, despite delaying the installation. Although the pricing seemed a little high, they were satisfied with the service and plan to use Top Locksmith again.
**UPDATE** On Saturday 6/15/24, I called Top Locksmith to come and rekey/unlock my door because I had locked myself out of my apt. Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding with the locksmith and I received a personal call from the one of the Employers, Adam, who apologized and refunded me back $100 of what I spent!! This showed me how much Top Locksmith values their customers and their reputation!! I admire and respect the honest of Top Locksmith and will be definitely using them again!! Thank you Adam for maintaining such dignity and respect for your customers and your business.
Response was extremely quick. I needed a commercial lock for my storefront, the locksmith came in less than 15 mins to my location, accessed the situation, went and got the lock, installed it, programmed the lock, gave me a tutorial on how to program it, and last he fixed my metal door that needed to be shaved down. He solved all of my issues and I am more than satisfied with my results. Highly recommend this company. Thank you Top Locksmith!
Ok so I recently bought a house (yay to me) and I needed to do some projects to change and improve some things around it. After a month of living here and working extra to pay for the changes. I requested to have the house locks changed. Placed the order on a Saturday, few businesses messaged me on the Yelp App. Mr. Adam Itay of Top Locksmith was one if 'em. Decent sweet fella, messaged me he'd come by on a Tuesday (since that was a perfect rain free sunny day and me not at work!!) I msg him on Easter Sunday ( darn it! I forgot it was a holiday) and reminded him of Tuesday appointment. He came by around 10-ish and asked me if I needed my locks changed to new hardware, I said okay, showed him the garage key pad that needed to be changed. And he quotes me whopping price of in thousands Erm! Nope! Let's just do the bare minimum shall we? Front door new key lock and garage keypad reset service brought the fee down to $370. Whew what a relief!! Still I think a bit steep but I'll give the man his 5 stars, he was courteous, explained a whole lot, did ask me if I knew the password to previous owner, nope. I don't remember it, kept looking at me to punch in my numbers, I told him to turn around, which he did. . So yes! Thank you sir for job well done. #besafe
