THRIVE gives us those ‘Aha! Moments’ that we couldn’t get on our own. Like when they synthesized more than two dozen research reports and discovered the subtleties underlying why seasoned nurses had difficulty cleaning the insertion sites and feared dislodging the catheter. Each pain point THRIVE identifies allows us to innovate our products. Operating from both the head and heart, they are nimble, quick learners passionately focused on what matters most. The way they facilitate virtual joint brainstorming sessions with our R&D, global marketing and sales departments has inspired us to be better facilitators of ideation.
Me and my team visited Thrive Labs to explore their tremendous facility and all of their internal capabilities. Great team to work with, very knowledgeable with amazing amenities and technology to accompany. Cannot find a better research facility in the city!
