Really lovely and clean studio with friendly and personable instructors. I do wish they more actively and openly provided modifications during class for those who might “struggle in silence” or who just need to access the movement in a different way. They certainly have the best prices and the best cancellation policy in my area, so the choice seems pretty obvious!
The booking process does take a minute to get used to and it’s *very* frustrating that you can only communicate via email, but those are truly the only cons I’ve experienced at this point. Looking forward to more classes!
This has been the best Pilates studio I’ve belonged to. The instructors are very knowledgeable and caring. You can get a relaxing classes, energizing classes or super hard classes - whatever need or want that day.
I absolutely love this place! Every time I come in for a class, it's always a challenge. The instructors are always so welcoming and motivate you during your class to ensure you that you can in fact do it! The studio is so calming and clean which I adore. I recommend this place to everyone I know!
