We had no idea what to expect when looking into window treatments for our first home. Amy and her staff were extremely helpful, they answered all our questions without being pushy or patronizing!

I am such a fan of Jane and Lori. I have worked with Jane for over twenty years. She and her team are just the most talented designers. She initially designed and ordered our drapes in 2003. More recently, we did a redesign of many of the drapes and I could not be more pleased. They are a dream to work with and do such an amazing job.I would have to say that Jane is the most talented design professional that I have ever met and worked with.You are going to love the result. I just can't say enough great things about the Curtain Exchange!!

On 3/27/2021 I was in the Atlanta location and received excellent customer service. Laurie went above and beyond to identify what I really needed to make hanging my drapes a success. She’s very knowledgeable, detailed, and provided me the most economical way to purchase the items required for proper installation for my medal framed triple window (extended L brackets and wooden rods = no sage). Laurie and the entire staff were very helpful in showing me exactly what I needed and demonstrated how to pin the drapes so no light domes through.Thanks for the advice and wonderful experience as a first time shopper! I’m forever grateful.
