I inquired about a landscaping job 2 weeks ago and received an email from Bob asking where I was located. I responded with my address and have not heard from him since. These companies claim to be professional, but there is nothing professional about wasting a potential customer's time. 0/10, would not recommend!

TerraNova completed a full backyard overhaul for us, including a pool. From the very first meeting, they were attentive to our needs and vision. We were seeking a very natural style pool that incorporated the garden and natural boulders. I struggled for over a year to find someone who could design and execute that. TerraNova proved to be experts in not only the aesthetic, but also the structural and functional needs of our space. They thought through every detail. Every interaction we had with every employee was always pleasant. They were honest and stuck to the proposed budget and timeline. My husband works in development, and we have a lot of experience with contractors. The headaches and frustrations that often accompany contractors were non-existent with TerraNova. They never cut any corners, and they always did the work with detailed excellence. We will, undoubtedly, always call TerraNova for any future landscape needs.
