Any time i even attempt to quote other companies for the same services they are always much higher - and not by a little. We started using them for email and basic security at first and we built a good relationship of trust with them. We have expended those services to virtual machines, endpoint security, network support, and they help us keep up with best practices for our industry. I've never had a problem reaching support and any issues are usually resolved within 24 hours that are within their control.
