“Original review: I’m planning on moving to the US from Canada, and I was trying to find someone knowledgeable about the process. I spoke with Al Meyers and tried asking some questions. He told me I needed to get certain information from my future employer before he could create a proposal for my taxes. When I asked him to provide of list of things I would need to get from my employer before our next meeting, he simply replied with “I’m not gonna summarize this in an email for you dude”. This response is completely rude and unprofessional to me and I will not be taking my business with them.

Edit: It seems like my experience was an anomaly. I was quickly contacted by Rocio who made amends by apologizing and scheduling a meeting with me.
