About Sunny's Cleaners
Sunny's Cleaners has experienced changes in ownership, with the original owner Sunny selling the business and a few of her former employees continuing to work there. Now operated by a new owner who has hired additional staff, the business does not offer existing customers any grandfathered-in services, which can impact customer loyalty. The staff includes a diligent, friendly older woman who handles wash and fold services with care, despite long, strenuous shifts. However, some customers have noticed less attentive service at the front counter, with staff seen on their phones and lacking manners. The business is conveniently located near offices, making it a popular choice for quick laundry needs. Customers have praised the pleasant and efficient service, quick turnaround times, and fair pricing. Clothes, especially shirts, are often returned in great condition, and orders are typically ready as promised. However, there are concerns about the consistency of service since the new ownership took over, with some customers feeling that the quality and level of service have declined compared to when Sunny owned the business. Overall, Sunny's Cleaners offers on-site laundry with friendly staff, but recent changes have affected the customer experience.
The previous owner, Sunny, sold the business and a couple of her existing employees continue to work there. Currently, this business is operated under new owner and hired a few new employees. The existing employees, the new employees, and the new owner are not related.
No customers are grandfathered-in with their existing service. It’s bad for business.
I compliment the older woman who does wash and fold my clothes (who worked with Sunny). She is sweet and does diligent workmanship. She is on her feet for strenuous long shifts. I’ve seen Kenya and another on their phones while the older woman worked without her phone. No mannerism in the front counter.
