I frequent Phipps often and always walked by the beautiful spa and decided to make an appointment for a Signature Spa Pedicure. I was paired with Jimmy who was FIRST CLASS! He is so thorough, takes great pride in his work, very clean, and truly cares about the health of your nails. He even convinced me to go with another color which I fell in love with. Also great conversationalist too! My only complaint is he almost put me to sleep with the foot massage and exfoliation and it was hard to chat during that. LOL! I’ll be back!
I have visited this location before and did not have a the best experience, but I decided to give it a second try today and I today Heather was the tech who did my nails and she was amazing. She was gentle on my nails and very neat.
I had an amazing experience at Sugarcoat Nail Bar today! Susan provided exceptional customer service from start to finish and gave me one of the best mani-pedi experiences I’ve had in a long time.
She was professional, friendly, attentive to detail, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire service. My nails look fantastic, and it’s clear that she takes pride in her work. The atmosphere was relaxing, and Susan’s positive attitude made the visit even more enjoyable.
