I'm confused by these poor reviews. My experience was great. I've been to the sugarcoat location in Peachtree Corners and I've been happy with my services there. My mom likes this location and it was on the way to an event we were going to. My mom gets a gel pedi and SNS mani and has been happy with her results from this location. I decided to keep it simple and get a basic mani. The gentleman who did my mani was kind and efficient. He kept checking in to make sure I was happy with my results as he went through the process of doing my nails. I wanted a OPI color they were out of and he found an alternative. Usually have a really good experience but I would not recommend Kevin, not sure if it was an off day but he was pretty rude. Again usually staff is super nice and accommodating but he was not pleasant.

I have tried multiple times to give this place a chance but it’s just not worth it. I always have either an uneven shape, a bad paint job, or the gel/tips/dip powder never last past a week. It’s either chipped, lifting, top coat peeling. It doesn’t matter if it’s the toes or nails, and I typically get both at the same time which is always over $100. I would have to go every week ($400+/mo just on toes/nails). I only continued to go because it’s close to where I live and the other places around that I have tried are expensive and also not worth the price. I’m young and I also don’t feel like they have updated color options.
