The office is lovely, well appointed, very clean, and takes all precautions for safety. The practice is known for excellent care during procedures like extractions and wisdom teeth removal. The team is thorough, ensuring patients feel no pain and do not feel rushed, with ample opportunity to ask questions. Care includes medication for anxiety, careful monitoring during surgery, and clear, thorough post-operative instructions. Patients receive a care package with essentials like gauze and ice packs, along with prompt follow-up calls to check on recovery. The goal is to get patients feeling better soon with little down time. We’ve been going to Dr. Bankston for years. He and his team are friendly, patient and thorough. Following a recent surgery, I was surprised to receive a “recovery” gift at home.
Dr. Bankston and his staff were amazing. They went out of their way to make me comfortable while extracting 3 teeth with cavities and cracking. (I'm a teeth clincher who neglected cleanings during covid and busy life schedule with work and 3 kids.) I was given the opportunity to ask questions, did not feel rushed. Then, I felt nothing during the procedure and was prescribed something for anxiety to take 30 minutes prior the the operation. Dr. Bankston had such a caring way about him and said "We're going to get you feeling better soon!" The office was lovely, well appointed, possibly newly decorated and very clean. I’m a returning patient of Dr Bankston and had my last 2 wisdom teeth removed on 12/17/21. I was in and out with little down time. I followed his thorough care instructions to a T; medications, ice/warm pack and rising at the appropriate times given. Don’t hesitate to see Dr. Bankston and his amazing staff, they will take excellent care of you.
