They take the time to diagnose and test thoroughly, providing necessary shots and prescriptions. The service is particularly praised for its personal care, with doctors like Dr. Dao showing exceptional attention and warmth towards students. However, there is room for improvement in the scope of coverage. Despite potential wait times, the overall experience is positive, with many appreciating the efficient and effective treatment they received.
Wanda from the immunizations clinic was extremely diligent, kind and attentive. She walked me through my immunizations records and hold, and what steps I needed to take. She was very inclusive and supportive throughout the whole process and went out of her way to help me get to a from the lab and pharmacy. She even took the extra step to get my immunization hold removed once I completed the requirements. I highly recommend this clinic.
Fairly good care
Make sure you arrive early to your appointment. They have a strict 5 minute grace period, and you will be turned away if you are 1 minute over.
