About SpringHill Suites by Marriott Atlanta Buckhead
SpringHill Suites by Marriott Atlanta Buckhead provides a mixed experience for guests. Its location is convenient, with nearby stores and restaurants within walking distance. The staff, especially Declan and Charisma, are friendly, helpful, and professional, making the stay more enjoyable. The rooms are described as nice and spacious, with some guests noting the hotel offers features comparable to high-end hotels, such as a pool, fitness area, and a breakfast with a wide variety of hot and cold options. The customer service is highly praised, with staff going above and beyond to assist guests. However, the hotel appears to need some upgrades, as issues like an awkward room layout, mildew in the bathroom, and a faulty light switch have been reported. Despite these concerns, some guests found the accommodations clean and comfortable, and the overall experience positive. The reviews suggest that SpringHill Suites by Marriott Atlanta Buckhead may be suitable for those on a budget or in need of a last-minute stay, especially given the attentive staff and good amenities.
Breakfast: Nothing amazing, but free and had a variety of foods: egg, sausage, waffle, breads, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, juice, and coffee.
Room: Spacious suite with two large beds and a little living room area with a pull-out couch. Plenty of room for us to set up two cribs there.
Only complaint is that we requested two cribs, yet only one was waiting for us outside the room when we arrived. We had to call for the second one. Then it was delivered but without sheets, so we had to make another call for those.
Charisma the front desk associate was very helpful and professional top tier customer service. The staff in the breakfast area and housekeeping very polite. Breakfast was a nice setup. Rooms need to be updated and pool area. Parking hmmm should be free but overall it was cool stay.
Pretty Good! My family and I took a road trip from Pennsylvania to Atlanta recently to watch a family member graduate college and we stayed here for a few days. This hotel was in the heart of Buckhead which was welcoming in general. The hotel is super close to Lenox square and theres alot of places to shop/eat. As far as the rooms went, they were clean, beds were firm but comfortable, the rooms were dated, but not to the point of disappointment. There was also breakfast served every morning which was a nice touch!
For the price and location, I'd definitely stay here again!
