Sean and his team did a great job! Our leak -- a critical problem near a creek -- was down a steep ravine that required access from neighbors several doors down. No problem! Specialty Drain had the equipment and the know-how (and a very reasonable cost), and the job we had been anguishing over was DONE.
This company is awesome! I have been using a large, well established company for many years and they couldn’t give me same day service for a water leak(unable to shut it off). They are gone as far as plumbing. These guys got me face to face to a Certified Master Plumber Unrestricted! It was a confusing situation, but after much head scratching and following the issue, he figured out the issue. A break in the main water line in the same place for the 4th time since we’ve lived here. After Sean figured out the situation, he offered the solution. He walked me through whole process, explained in detail what was going to happen and executed it. Take note, everyone! I shopped around years ago for bargains. 3 repair attempts failed from value shopping. Spend a little more and enjoy the value of a job done well and correctly.
