It has been an amazing experience here at Southside Medical Center. The staff is awesome, very welcoming and provides a warm atmosphere. My absolute favorite moment was witnessing the manager come out and greet each patient that came through the door and engaged waiting patients in lighthearted conversation. The staff and patient relationships are strong and speaks volumes to the care that is provided. Highly recommend! Thanks SMC!
Ms. Shante, Ms. Maxibell, and the Nurse Practitioner Tiffany Muse were great! Very friendly and extremely professional. This was just a confirmation appt, but I am very happy they were able to take care of me today.
I love, love, love Southside medical and my centering classes. They are very resourceful, loving, charismatic and supportive! The employees go above and beyond from the MA’s to NP’s/MD’s and higher up staffing. Would definitely recommend!
