We just used Skinny Wimp today, and our crew was Kendrick (crew leader), Andy, James, and their new sidekick Steven. We have moved many times in our 50+ yrs together, and we have NEVER seen a crew work like these guys! They are like a well oiled machine - but with loads of personality to boot! They were right on time, friendly, professional, lightning fast, yet careful both loading and unloading. It was amazing to watch them work, and we could not be happier with our decision to use this company. We would definitely use them again in the future! Highly recommend!

Worst experience of my life! Had a scheduled moving time. They never showed up at that time, and never called to say they would be running late. When I called, I was told the time was variable, which I was never explained at booking, and was told that they would not be able to start my move until five hours past my schedule time if they even came. They originally called and told me they would have to reschedule my move to the following day, which is completely and totally unacceptable. I guess they don’t understand that people have jobs and lives and other things they have to attend to there was absolutely no apology for the situation or efforts to make things right.
