I did a little research before choosing to book with SHI. I decided to go with Shawn; it's a good thing I did. Shawn is very passionate about his craft, and it shows. He corrected a cut that completely gone wrong lol. I did look at some of the reviews, and yes, there's a wait. They clearly have a huge clientele, that could be the reason for the wait. I also notice people complaining about the price. I was charged $180. For that price, I received a touch up relaxer, wash and set, deep conditioner, cut and style. I had an amazing time being serviced by Shelly. She did such an amazing job with my hair. And she answered all my questions professionally and emphatically. I’d definitely be booking again.
