I absolutely LOVE this salon! They go above and beyond customer service. Nick was my nail tech and he did an amazing job recreating my inspo pic and paying attention to detail. I got a Gel-X w/ design on each nail. He also gave me a glass of wine which helped me relax since it was my day off. I will definitely be coming back to get a pedicure soon! Thank you so much
My nails look so good and she took her time and did an amazing job! They got me in same day for a 2:00 left out feeling very satisfied!!
She even mixed a few colors to achieve the base color and the teal! 10/10
I've been going to Serenity Nails since December 2023 and I go every three weeks for my nails and pedicure, so I think it's safe to say I know this place well! I primarily see Ivy and Cindy, but I've also been taken care of by Sarah, Angela, and Malika, and the quality and experience is consistent no matter who I see. That says a lot about a salon.
The space is clean, the staff is friendly, and the service never disappoints. What I really love is that they can pull off the most intricate, detailed designs I throw at them AND deliver a flawless polish job when that's what I'm in the mood for. Not every salon can do both well, but Serenity Nails absolutely does.
