With over 15 years of experience each, their expertise really shows—not just in their knowledge, but in how they teach. Since I became Treasurer of my HOA, Sears Pool has hands down been the best vendor I have worked with. The are very personable, fair and willing to do what needs to be done to make things right. Some examples,
After building a new deck and being blindsided with some additional add-on expenses, we contacted them and let them know we needed to push back some payments a few months. They said - no problem.
Whenever something breaks or is approaching its end of life cycle, they are willing to meet with us to explain the details of what is going on and how all these parts work together. I have even contacted third party vendors for... read full review

Sears is a fantastic partner and management company for our pool. They are always on top of all issues from maintenance, lifeguards, and long-term projects. Their staff (including lifeguards) are of the highest quality from other companies that we've used in the past. I am disappointed that we didn't make the switch to Sears sooner!
