Senta lied about how much service was. I called to have my oven serviced back in late April early May. Was told the price was $95 an hour. They never tell me when they are coming out. Finally show up mid June with no call and look at the oven with my staff while I’m out of town, once again without even calling to say they are coming. After a one hour visit they send a bill for $500. No that’s not for fixing the oven, that’s for diagnosing the oven to tell me the fan is bad. When I receive the email and bill I’m confused as I was out of town and wondering when they came in not to mention why they didn’t call.
