My first 6-12 months were quite rough. I’m a huge fan of cryo but a couple of the staff members were a bit lack luster and could NEVER find my member info despite the countless times I concisely provided my information…often times spelling it out multiple times per visit ?
However, after providing this feedback and a little turnover the experience has become night & day and I’m thankful management took time to quietly address my feedback.

I suddenly got sciatica and after 2 cryotherapy sessions and leg decompression I've felt a difference each time. Groupon discount was great for sure but Jen is a real sweetheart! She really takes care of you! I'll definitely be back to try some other things out!
The location in Vinings is very convenient for me. I was greeted by the receptionist who was very welcoming. Anna Marie was confident acknowledge. I felt totally at ease and will definitely be back for another session.
