Disrespectful and rude rasists at check guard. Been yelled and cursed from outbound window lady after asking of missing my 3 load straps (been verified of must have at least 2 at check in window). She got more crazy when asked to call her supervisor."Sup" Isaac Mitchell confirmed that loader pushed straps with the first pallet to the front of my trailer. Asked him to give me something to secure the gatorade load but been threatened and shouted of all of his mouth.Human resources please look at them closely.Drivers awoid if You can.
