This company stole nearly $2,000 from me. I got emails admitting they owe me nearly $2,000 and said they would send a check. I kept asking and they kept saying 4-8 weeks…that was nearly 2 years ago. Now they disappeared like the con artists they are. Scumbags.

I finally received a response in the form of a refund check issued from Evolve Bank. I have not tried to cash it yet, as I am having to contact Qoins again because I only received a check for the payments I was able to dispute. I had a $200 payment stuck in "sending" mode that I was not able to dispute because it was "sending". This was part of my original issue. I guess we'll see if the check I did receive is legit.

I want to know if there is class action lawsuit against the founders or the company itself? I have lost so much money and then they just disappeared with no way to contact or inquire after receiving my money out of that account. I emailed and an automated response populated but no one got back to me. This should be illegal that they can just take out money like this.
