Overall our experience with Pulte has been excellent. The construction manager Joe Paluch was very transparent and true to his word. He made us feel important and has been on top of any issue encountered in the process. Our Sales consultant Kelly Jordan was also extremely helpful and made herself available with any questions we had. My wife and I are very happy we went with Pulte for our new home build!

We would like to extend our highest compliments to our Build Manager, Mike Rogers. When construction began, we were still living in Virginia and trying to sell our home, and we remained out of state throughout the entire build. Mike was exceptional, keeping us updated remotely with regular photos and progress reports. We were extremely satisfied with his professionalism and expertise.
During our inspection, Mike was patient and thorough, taking the time to explain all aspects of the warranty and walk us through the home. He treated our home with the same care and pride as if it were his own. Because of Mike, we would gladly recommend Pulte (Del Webb).
