Most recent experience was very disappointing. Gave them a tie with a coffee stain on it. When I went to pick it up, colors had bled into other colors and the stain was still slightly visible. Price was good $(3.75), outcome was not. Owner didn't offer any apparent remorse or offer to reimburse. Gave 2 stars in lieu of 1 because used them years ago and didn't have any problems. Won't be returning anytime soon.
