I have been using this dry cleaners since 2017, and I have never had any issues. Impeccable services (alterations, dry cleaning, and patchwork in jeans/pants), and super flexible in their timeliness depending on whatever your needs are. They are always super kind and courteous!! I wanted to try the place out, especially for its convenience. I was hesitant, however, given some of the reviews. But, as I often see, reviews are a powerful tool, capable of sinking a business. Speaking from my experience, some of the reviews I’ve read are entirely irrelevant to a customer’s experience at the business.
So, I’ll review the experience based on my visit. The process for alterations was painless: In and out in a couple of minutes.
