Ponce Design Build handled a gut renovation in our 100 year old home. Barbaro was very thorough In his estimate and was transparent about where we may run into unknown charges. Ponce Design delivered and took the time to walk us through everything in person. The county of Riverside permit requirements are very strict, and it was clear that Sean knew what the county would require. When the county had requests we didn't agree with, he communicated directly with the county planner on our behalf and guided us through the process with confidence and clarity.
