I have been a customer for over 20 years--Colleen is absolutely the best. The quality of her work speaks for itself, and she is ultra-accommodating and flexible. When I first started going to Plaza Hair in the late 1990s, the shop was conveniently located in my office building. I no longer work downtown, but am more than happy to drive 45 mins to see Colleen once a month for my cut!
