I have been seeing chiropractors for over 10 years, on and off. I can tell you with confidence that Dr. Randy and Dr. Sam are the real deal. Their approach to chiropractic care is innovative, they are super up-to-day with current developments in the field, and are really deeply interested in solving your problem.
Recently I have been experiencing gastro issues related to a recent trip I took to Southeast Asia. Conventional medicine could not explain the source of the symptoms... I did various blood and fecal exams, took several rounds of antibiotic, even did an endoscopy and nothing. I was feeling very weak, no energy, no appetite, lots of nausea and dizziness, acid reflux, abdominal pain, etc.
On my first visit to Dr. Randy, he was very concerned, took the time to listen to me-- not only in regards to the symptoms I was experiencing, but also in regards to my frustration of not finding a "diagnosis" through conventional medicine. He is very polite, super smart, and caring. Apart from the adjustment, I felt like I learned a lot about how to eat healthy foods that would help my body heal itself.
But the best part is this, and the reason why I felt so compelled to write this review. Dr. Randy's expertise focus on the Atlas bone in the upper cervical... that's all he adjusted me that day (he also adjusts other parts of the spine, but for me at the time, that was his focus). And I left that office with NO NAUSEA, NO DIZZINESS... it was that instantaneous, I promise you. I had never had anything like that before. Prior to visiting him, I was prescribed a strong nausea medication that I was supposed to take every 8 hours... when I saw him, I was taking one every 4 hours...
After my FIRST ADJUSTMENT, I did not take the meds again. It's been almost 4 weeks since my first visit and I feel great. Gastro issues are not completely gone but have been slowly improving day by day. Dizziness, nausea, abdominal pain, lack of energy, those are all gone. I can't promise you will have the same results as me, or at least as fast, but I'd say give them a try. You will not regret it.

I've been seeing Dr Jacob for a few months now and getting major relief after years of Menieres flare ups. My flare ups were becoming debilitating and 3 ENTs were no help. I appreciated that Dr Jacob didn't try to sell me a magic full cure, but focused on facts and areas he expected to improve. In addition to adjustments and soft tissue, Dr Jacob helped me identify some triggers (which for me was soda water and hydration powders)! I'm not free of symptoms, but they aren't as chronic or severe which is a win!
