I used to see Dr. Ashley at this location and was very disappointed when she left. After months of trying to locate her new practice, I decided to see Dr. Richards - Boyd and had an amazing experience. I have since been back several times and each experience has been pleasant. My wait time has been short and she always takes the time to go through all of my concerns without passing any judgment. I strongly recommend choosing her as your primary care physician, especially if you're a former patient of Dr. Ashley's that likes the convenience of this location.

I had an appointment with Dr. Richards-Boyd today and could not be more pleased with my experience. She was incredibly friendly, attentive and listened to everything I hd to say. She also talked me through a potential plan for next steps, which I appreciated. I also can't say enough about the phlebotomist, who asked me if I have any troubles with needles/blood drawls (which I do), distracted me from the needle and checked in with me along the way. Highly recommend this location and Dr. Richards-Boyd!

I want to compliment Dr. Richards - Boyd on the care in which she provided me along with the rest of the staff. I can not recall the ladies who took my blood and helped me but the brother there was Mr. Simmons like myself. As someone who never went to the doctor regularly, she definitely made me feel super comfortable. Also, the fact that I can make appts for 7am is a plus and the location has a coffee shop right next door. Great set up and service.
