Dr. Richards-Boyd is always very thorough and definitely makes sure that the patient feels that they are being heard and their concerns are being taken seriously. I really appreciate being a patient at this practice for the last few years.
For several years, Dr. Richards-Boyd has provided me with great care. She is personable and attentive to detail. I've never had to wait much or long to be seen. All the staff are professional, nice, and great at setting expectations. I definitely recommend this clinic.
