We’ve had a hard time getting in touch with the facility. One time we got an answering service (middle of the day) and didn’t receive a call back. Another time my husband sat on hold for 45 minutes. And today, I was hold for over an hour and still hadn’t spoken to anyone. I happened to look on their website and a small pop up said they’d be closed for training. That should have been communicated on the hold message voiceover. They still have not called us back to schedule my daughter’s surgery. The physicians when we’ve seen them have been nice, but brief. From calling to schedule the appointment, to the front desk receptionist, nurses, lactation consultant, and the doctor everyone we had contact with was just amazing. You could see they truly care about their patients and were all so gentle with my baby. We came in for a lip tie and saw Dr. Bauer. Highly recommend him to any parent going through lip/tongue ties. Everyone was so sweet and took their time answering all questions.

I called in to schedule an appointment for my son and had the most AMAZING experience with my representative Chloe. She was so swift, professional, communicative and helpful. She made what could’ve been the most stressful part of my day into the most refreshing. Although I wasn’t as prepared as I should’ve been, she was patient and her attitude was absolutely positive. Great job PETNA for having such great staff!
