Just one physician made my client wait almost two hours. On the same day, a second physician made another client wait almost one hour. You’d say these doctors are pretty busy and that’s the reason you have to put up with the waiting. I happened to see one of them chatting with his staff before remembering he had my client waiting. Other than that, everything is alright.
