I was seen in urgent care twice. After completing 2 rounds of antibiotics and steroids in December '22 and January '23 I finally said ENOUGH is ENOUGH! I was still sick with a severe cough and other symptoms. I finally found Dr. George! Not only did she find out what was wrong with me THAT DAY! SHE CURED ME! No more just treating the symptoms BUT FINDING THE CAUSE of my symptoms and ATTACKING IT! If you want to continue putting a band aid on your problem, keep going to the others if you want to be CURED go to Dr. Elaina George.

Piedmont ENT is one of the best in the country-- as someone who has lived in Atlanta for most of my life, only goes to the best physicians and had a family member who was not only a top Doctor but on the Board of Doctors and President of the Doctors association at Piedmont at one time, I am personally offended at Miss Grinch's comments. You do everyone in Atlanta who is seeking top medical care a major disservice when you write such a selfish, baseless review about a great medical practice just because you don't understand billing or whatever your personal issue with payment was. My mother drove from out of state for sinus surgery that should have required a very uncomfortable recovery with heavy bleeding. She ended up sitting up, having a snack with almost no bleeding due to Dr. Chin's amazing skill and technique. I recommend them to everyone- and usually find that they have already been recommended by someone else. Miss Grinch does not know what she does not know and I can not allow that comment to go unaddressed or unanswered.

So helpful! Yes I know it is frustrating because of how busy this office is. That's because they're good! I had a sudden hearing loss after going shooting with some friends at an indoor shooting range -- the wonderful front desk staff as well as the physicians' assistants understood the immediate need I had to see someone quickly after this event, and moved heaven and earth to get me wedged into their very busy schedule. I have only found everyone to be incredibly helpful any time I've dealt with them!!
