I wish I could give them 6/5 stars. I had two previous mold inspectors come out and leave telling me there was no mold in my apartment even though a urine test came back showing I have mold illness. This company is the first one that actually found the mold. They were SO thorough, looked in all of my vents and behind baseboards, and knew what clues to look for that aren’t obvious (like looking for rust as a sign of past water damage, not just obvious mold).
The owner is so knowledgeable and thorough. Seriously I cannot thank you guys enough.

I have used them 3 times now for the past 3 years and they are the only carpet cleaners I will ever use. They always arrive on time and they always go beyond my expectations. My home looks brand new after they visit. I have 3 dogs and 2 teenagers and there has never been a stain they are unable to clean. Thanks again for being such a customer oriented company!
I called him about mold this morning, and by lunchtime everything had been removed. He was very upfront about the risk of mold growing from the inside-out, and that we may find more than we bargained for after a first fix. But when it turned out that everything was resolved in one cleanup, he didnt try to upcharge me or add extra services.
