Oxford Cleaners is a highly regarded dry cleaning establishment located in metro Atlanta. The staff is consistently courteous, efficient, and attentive to customers' specific needs. While the prices may be on the higher side, the exceptional level of professionalism and the ability to tailor garments, such as jeans, to a perfect fit make the services well worth the cost. Oxford Cleaners has earned the loyalty of its customers, who appreciate the quality of work and the attention to detail provided by the skilled staff.
It's a shame to leave this review because I enjoyed coming to Oxford for several years. But, in the last year alone, I have been lied to multiple times over missing or damaged clothes, been given someone else's clothes, my clothes have been given to others to be returned weeks later, the list goes on. They are a mess, and the owner does not handle their mess-ups with integrity or respect for the customer. Just now, I was staring at my dress that I'd dropped off for alterations, and he told me it belonged to someone else. He said my dress wasn't ready yet. I said no, that's my dress right there- please contact the person on the ticket and ask. Sure enough, it was mine. Thank goodness I saw it, or my favorite dress I got overseas would have gone home with someone else.

I do find the prices to be a bit on the higher side, but considering the location in metro Atlanta, I would still choose to utilize their services.
