Great experience. Called ahead of time on a Friday to make sure they had availability.
I was looking for a late afternoon appointment. And they were able to accommodate me.
I was very pleased at the quality of work and the length of time it took. Pricing was perfect for my budget too.

I gave it a 4 star out of 5 because the bathroom needs some work.

My experience today was extremely great! The customer service was amazing. They communicated with the timeframe and if they could fulfill my request. The women wash their hands and the restroom was clean every one was professional. Good vibes from the beginning. Binta and Karen did my hair and they did an amazing job.

Was a walk in customer this morning and loved how nice the ladies were and how clean and quiet the shop was. Im a dude that just wanted two braids done with gel. My request was fulfilled swiftly and at a very acceptable price. My overall experience was short but great and I will most def be going back!!
