Very helpful. My laptop M.2 SSD screw became stripped and got stuck. I took it to them, they worked on it instantly and were able to remove it. They didn't charge any money despite our request! Highly recommended.

Alex is the best! I found this place through the Apple Store. My computer died and I needed to get rolling again. They were awesome! Communicated well and we’re honest about all my options. I ended up deciding not to repair my old computer and I bought a new one instead. I brought my new computer here and they transferred all the data for me. They were super quick, super friendly, and super excellent. It’s my new computer support spot. Thanks again Alex for making this so easy.

This isn’t a, “don’t repair here”, this is a “if your time is precious, their communication and operations aren’t A; go to the apple repair store instead. They don’t value about time sensitivity or clear communication.” I’m not their customer.I’ve actually had good experience with onyx in the past, this is the first time two employees ganged up to talk at me instead of giving me and the person checking me in room to finish my feedback. Or understand it correctly. I ended up thanking them and leaving because it wasn’t constructive and they weren’t listening to me.I was frustrated because my time is precious.
