This was my Initial ENT visit. The ent office was clean ability to breathe without congestion chest tightness. Television turned off. Patients talk low tone, also front desk employees. Thirty minutes late three hours drive, traffic Friday visit. Northwest ent allowed me treatment per medical doctor Avani Ingley. Scheduled for second appointment.
RESULTS I can breathe, lungs filling with AIR. NICE ENOUGH HEALTHCARE STAFF.

Dr. Ingley was polite and helpful with dealing with the primary concern.
The audiologist and the support staff were rude and not supportive. From the moment we talked in, Elise Guthrie didn’t explain anything nor tried to understand what was going on and why I was there. She just immediately started to go into testing. The other support staff was also rude when asking intake questions. And did not send the referral, as she said she would, to the PT.
I won’t be going back.
