Northside Towing LLC provides excellent service, with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Peter, a valuable asset to the company, is professional, kind, and fair in his pricing. He is able to resolve issues efficiently, with no miscommunication, and goes above and beyond to assist customers. His prompt communication and reasonable ETA add to the overall positive experience.
This guy was friendly, on time, responsive, transparent and fair with pricing, and very easy to deal with. I can’t say the same about other towing companies I’ve used in the past. He deserves his good rating.
I worked with Peter who helped tow my car to an auto shop in the Atlanta metro area. Peter was professional, quick to respond, and towed my car on the same day that I called. Definitely recommend
When my starter motor blew out earlier this week, I called Pete at Northside Towing, who promptly answered my call and offered me a very fair price for the tow. We immediately arranged an appointment and pickup time, and the next day, he showed up on time, and offered an exceptionally professional towing service. Awesome owner/operator and a very personable and kind man. Would definitely call him again should my car break down or require a tow move. Excellent work!
