Been coming here for maybe 10 years now I was such a young lad! They get three stars from me. Hours and not being upheld they close early and open later the inconsistency is rough on my anxiety and I no longer live in the neighborhood. I don’t like the way they treat other customers . They only get friendly when they realize it is me in this world we live in we need service providers that we pay for to be kinder … bottom line!
Got my eyebrows threaded here. There was only one person working that day so there was a short wait, but not bad especially for a place that takes walk ins. Overall I'm very happy with the shape of my eyebrows, they did a great job at an affordable price.
The staff on the floor was not very helpful in knowingly what products they had on the floor. The cashier was very helpful I. Fi ding what I needed to know. I think the floor staff needs more training.
