They will charge your account with late fee withdrawal without even trying to Process the payment first. They have done this to my account too many times. Graystone power company has there payment on time. And is 3rd Parties payment centers. Abuse their power and say it is late. When it is clearly cleared in my banking statement, so they can charge $50 dollars or $25 dollars for fee saying it was no money in the account. When they never even tried running it though the account. Because the money was in the account and Processed buy greystone power company. SO WHY ARE YOU CHARGING PEOPLE $25 TO $50 IN FEE FOR PAYMENT THAT ARE ON TIME.!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM
I understand your a 3rd party for utility but perhaps consider changing how the bank charge for your services displays so those getting this weird charge that's hard to track down can know to contact their specific utility company to dispute said charges
Every single time I pay my bill that is on auto draft y'all put the money back take it again put it back and charge me $25 I pay all my bills on time so y’all owe me money cause at this point y’all scamming me every time I pay my bill
