Delivery was prompt! The 6 inch wide utility oak (utility grade) is overall very nice. I do plan to install it in an old 1900's house so the knot holes and other natural features will be fine. Going to practice with some tinted epoxy fill to gain the maximum volume of this order. From what I have learned so far that can be an excellent way to maximize the order.
We ordered our flooring from Woodwudy and had a great experience. We worked with Mauro and he was very responsive and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We had a little glitch with our order when the glue we ordered did not arrive as part of the shipment. Mauro was able to take care of it and the glue was sent to us in a timely manner.

Great staff that is all about facilitating the installer and/or customer. Wide selection of flooring options. Specific area in their design center of what they have in stock in the warehouse. Very helpful to me when helping customer make flooring choices. Victor and Christian always follow up with me promptly when I call/ text leave a voicemail, or email questions.
