I had a great experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes. Tony and Julian took excellent care of me from start to finish. Tony kept me updated throughout the entire process, making sure I always knew the status of my vehicle, which I really appreciated. Julian serviced my car, and everything was completed professionally and efficiently.
I have absolutely no complaints. The service was friendly, the communication was excellent, and I was in and out in a timely manner. I highly recommend this location and appreciate the great customer service from both Tony and Julian!
I went to this location off of Lenox on Sunday for an appointment. I was told earlier in the day that I needed a new tire. When I arrived I was greeted by Tony and Slim. I explained that I had an appointment and what the issue was but I also explained that I had wheel locks on my tires and I was unable to locate the key. During this time two other employees came over Kulture and Will. When I tell you these four men did EVERYTHING to assist me! By the time I left they found a wheel lock key for my locks and removed them and replaced them. Then informed me that I did not need a tire but a valve stem! Saved me 100’s! Jordan was amazing! I came with a rental car, having trouble with tire pressure, and he went above and beyond to assist me, even though they were closing in 30 minutes! If I lived in the Atlanta area and has any car troubles I would definitely come to this Mavis!
