I got a massage and facial for a little self-care on my birthday. The staff was so welcoming and friendly, and scheduling was easy. I've been to a few Massage Envy locations and this one was definitely a good atmosphere.
The massage was... odd. It wasn't as relaxing, so if you prefer a quiet massage, you should mention it when scheduling (I wish I did). The conversation with my masseuse became uncomfortably inappropriate. I would recommend getting a female masseuse if you are a woman.

I had such a great facial with Ianna at Massage Envy. She was really warm and easy to talk to, and somehow managed to make me completely relax even after a stressful week. My skin looked and felt noticeably better after, but honestly the whole experience was just calming and restorative. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does. I’ll definitely be back to see her.

UPDATE: I need to update my original review because I spoke with the owner (not management because she was just as unhelpful as the original worker) of this location and he is the most amazing person. He was so compassionate and took the time to understand my initial concern which really was not that big of a deal. He took the time to ensure that the correct card would be charged moving forward and he made sure to compensate for my experience.
