“I had a loc retighten with four strand twists. I have 150-200 locs- mid back. I regret not taking photos because my hair looked absolutely lovely. The ladies were warm and friendly, they offered snacks and water multiple times, and they made me feel beautiful. What more can you ask?!? Be forewarned that their prices are not cheap but the skill, care, and ambiance was worth it.“

“Sue has been my stylist for fifteen years, so was looking forward to my visit. It was Sue’s last appt .of the day, and due to heavy traffic because of a horrendous storm, I ran into traffic, and estimated I’d be 15 minutes late,. I reached out to the Call Center to ask them to notify her. I was so anxious, I called twice to let them know of my progress through traffic. Both reps were very courteous, and assured me that they would notify Sue, and not to worry. I finally arrived, was greeted warmly, and Sue worked her magic, as usual.“
