Maid for Atlanta was an unprofessional and unresponsive company to work with. The initial cleaning was far below standard. Dust and dirt was still on the premises, fixtures were not cleaned, and baseboards were still dirty. Cleaner also left product open and in the home once they left. When contacted for a refund or re-clean they sent the same cleaner who admitted to not doing the job properly the first time and did not have the correct cleaning products, I had to purchase them on my own for their use. Maid For Atlanta offers an extremely poor value for the price, save your money and go elsewhere. I honestly should have kept the $200+ I spent on their “Deep Clean” service and done the work myself.Aside from cleaning the floor, which left a sticky residue, I can’t tell what else they did. The oven was not cleaned and neither was the fridge.After I complained they claim to have rescheduled a second cleaning, but again I didn’t see any additional evidence of the Deep Clean service having been completed. We have hired them for move in cleaning. At first only one person came and she stayed 2 hours for 4 bedroom townhouse. Then she left without saying anything, my husband was waiting her to come back as the house was not clean, there were foot marks on the floor and dust. Then my husband called the service lead and they said they would come back to clean fully. We were happy, turns out that they asked us to charge extra, and we assumed it was something reasonable 10% more or so. But in totality we paid 600 dollars and we still have dust in our kitchen. I wont use their service again.
