Whenever you need expert tech support, Ian is the one to call! He has deep technical expertise and the experience to know how to apply it to troubleshoot any issues that arise. Plus, he is such a genuinely nice guy and is a pleasure to work with. He's a good teacher and has a great sense of knowing how much the student/user can handle. Macbook was hung up after attempting a software upgrade. After referrals from the Mac Store were not an option because they were closed on Sunday, we came across Mac Learn searching the net. Hesitant to call on a Sunday, but called anyway. Ian answered and we arranged to drop off the laptop within the half hour. He is extremely knowledgeable and shared why the computer hung up. Gave us the worse case and best case scenarios, quoted a price range and when he would be done. He was done ahead of time, the price was fair and within the quoted range. He also cleaned the disk, resulting in the computer operating more efficiently and with a clearer screen than before... read full review
